The story behind our company name and its significance stems from the Cherokee word "Currahee," which translates to "stands alone" or "stands alone together." This term holds deep meaning, particularly for the Soldiers of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the United States Army. Trained to operate as a unified force, they epitomize the concept of standing alone in battle while remaining interconnected as a cohesive unit. The regiment's motto, "Currahee," encapsulates this ethos, emphasizing both individual resilience and collective unity. This sentiment is echoed in the opening lines of the regiment's song, "We stand alone and stand together," underscoring the idea that while each soldier may act independently, they are bound together as one, supporting and depending on each other.
